Refund and Returns Policy

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product delivered is defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.

Exchange:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us with your order details.

Shipping for Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds:
